TravelEquipped Desk T he highest number of passengers—over a million—passed through American airports on a single day in mid-October since the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic began, highlighting how people have begun traveling again amid growing confidence that they will be secure during their journeys. The number is expected to have only increased as vaccinations against the disease have begun globally including in India. It is not, however, time yet to lower one’s guard as mass vaccinations are unlikely to happen anytime sooner. It is better to travel safely and follow precautions every time you take flights.
